I've learned a number of new skills, some of which came in very handy during my first sportive ride a few weeks later.
Even though I'm not going to become a competitive cyclist, learning how to ride in close proximity to others at higher speeds has given me more confidence when riding in a larger group. Barny's knowledge, patience and fun delivery pushed me further than I could have imagined, which in turn encouraged me to join a couple of cycling clubs the more casual ones though. I'd definitely recommend these coaching sessions to anyone wanting to take their cycling skills to the next level!

I joined Let's Get Active, with running club at Sandall Park, we meet every Thursday evening, even pouring down with rain, and we keep going. Especially our coach Tony Vout, give us so much encouragement and his very helpful and friendly advice to us, very much appreciated, to which give us the stamina to keep going. The plus side we all make a new friends, and we're always welcome the new member whose join our running club. Hopefully l will continues with the running club to stay healthy. My big thank you to the organiser of Let's Get Active, and my running coach Tony Vout for give me an opportunity to take part.
